At Dynamic Sports Collective, our mission is to provide advocacy for athletes through ownership, branding, and growth. We believe that athletes should have a voice in their sport and be able to control their own careers. We are dedicated to helping athletes achieve their full potential inside and outside of the game.
We provide our clients with a professional training environment blending modern training techniques aligned with the modern game while teaching the “why” behind each concept and skill developed. We believe in the integrity of the game and reinforcing focus, intensity, and confidence.

Co-Founder and Director of Business Strategy and Development
Greg Turner was born and raised in Ardmore, Pennsylvania and developed a passion for sports at an early age playing football, basketball, and running track. During his high school years, Greg attended Lower Merion High School and had a unique opportunity to witness the growth and development of NBA Champion and All-Star Kobe Bryant. It was during this time that Greg had a firsthand view of the hard work, dedication and sacrifice required to excel in sports at a high level.
Greg honed his business skills and experience working a variety of roles demonstrating expertise in the area’s operations, relationship, and project management as a people leader at a global asset management firm.
Greg earned a bachelor’s degree in management studies from Eastern University and holds an Executive MBA from St. Joseph’s University. Greg lives in the King of Prussia area with his wife and two children.

Co-Founder and Director of Basketball Operations
Jordan Purnell was raised in Wilmington, Delaware and attended Brandywine High School. He was the #1 ranked high school player in the state and had a promising future as a Division I athlete until he tore his Achilles tendon. Jordan went on to play Division III basketball for one year. However, Jordan’s college basketball career was cut short due to his mother’s diagnosis with breast cancer and other family obligations. This was a pivotal time in Jordan’s life which forced him to take a different path.
Jordan has over 10 years of experience in coaching. He began his coaching career as a coach with the Team Final EYBL Organization. After four years with Team Final, Jordan transitioned over to the WeR1 UAA Organization, where he coached for three years. During his time with both Team Final and WeR1, Jordan coached for and against several Division I athletes.
In addition to coaching, Jordan founded Purnell Prep Skills Academy through which he trained aspiring basketball players between the ages of 10 to 18. Specifically, Jordan conducted individual as well as group sessions designed to improve weaknesses and build on strengths. To date, Jordan has trained over 200 youth.
Jordan attended Rosemont College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Business Administration. Jordan lives in Trenton, New Jersey with his wife Jasmine and daughter.

Director of Strength and Conditioning
Brandon Jones was raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and attended Northeast High School. He participated in Track &Field and Cross-Country during his high school career but did not have the support system necessary to navigate hard times, which resulted in Brandon stepping away from sports all together.
Brandon rekindled his love for long distance running during his time in college and spent 3 seasons as a member of the Cross-Country team, which culminated with a captain role in his senior year. However, it was early in Brandon’s college career where he found a new love, the game of Basketball.
What began with attending all the home-team games in college, quickly turned into involvement with the Upper Merion Parks and Recreation’s Youth Basketball Leagues. Brandon would go on to work with Jordan Purnell in various capacities, from providing Strength and Conditioning elements to Jordan’s Skill Development services, filming highlight tapes for players under Jordan’s mentorship, and coaching alongside Jordan for the WeR1 UAA Organization. He was later promoted to Director of Upper Merion Parks and Recreation’s 5th – 6th grade league, averaging over 100 kids per season.
Brandon attended Rosemont College, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance with honors. Brandon currently lives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is pursuing his CPA licensure in the state of Pennsylvania, while currently working as a Corporate Accountant for a Construction Consulting firm.

Director of Social Media and Online Presence
Kahleel Henry was born and raised in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. At a young age he fell in love with the game of basketball.
Kahleel attended Upper Darby High School, where he was a 3-year varsity starter. He later attended West Chester University after not wanting to continue his basketball career and focus on academics. However, after his first year at West Chester University, he decided basketball was something he couldn't let go. Kahleel then enrolled at Rosemont College where he became a two-year starter for the Rosemont Ravens and later won a Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Championship in 2019 as a Junior.
Though he no longer competes on the collegiate level anymore, Kahleel does find himself still around the game of basketball. Whether that is playing in numerous leagues around the city, assisting in basketball camps/clinic, or behind the lens of his camera recording games. He has since co-founded Legese Media, where he focuses on photography and videography in the realm of basketball and managing SHElite Academy's social media accounts.
Kahleel earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 2020 and currently works as a Helpdesk Security Analyst in Broomall, Pennsylvania.

Director of Marketing and Merchandise
LaVarr was born and raised in Central Jersey, but since 2020 has been a resident of the Bay Area.
Being a dynamic and results-oriented professional with over 13-year in the retail industry, as the Director of Merchandise and Marketing, LaVarr brings a wealth of hands-on experience and an innate understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and product positioning. What sets LaVarr apart is the unwavering passion for the retail and fashion industry, which has fueled their relentless pursuit of knowledge and expertise, despite not having formal schooling in the field.
Throughout LaVarr’s career, he has consistently demonstrated a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of customer preferences, and a strategic approach to sales, fashion, and merchandising. His years of practical experience have allowed him to develop a sharp intuition for product selection, pricing, and inventory management, resulting in optimized sales and increased profitability for the organizations they have served. With an unwavering commitment to excellence; a talent for identifying emerging fashion trends, LaVarr is well-equipped to help the team to new heights, capitalizing on his industry experience and passion for delivering exceptional products to customers .
